Why We Built JabCompare
In 2025, Eli Lilly raised Mounjaro consultation prices by up to 170%. Overnight, patients who had been managing their weight effectively found themselves paying significantly more — or unable to afford their medication at all. We built JabCompare to bring transparency to this market and help patients find the best available price.
Our Editorial Independence
JabCompare earns revenue through affiliate commissions when users click through to pharmacies. However, this does not influence the prices we display or the order in which pharmacies appear. We always show the cheapest price first, regardless of commission rates.

JabCompare was founded by Phil Scaife, a digital health entrepreneur with a background in price comparison and consumer advocacy. All medical content is reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals before publication.
